OPTIC TU-134 flying laboratory

Flying laboratory is intended for measurements of optical and meteorological parameters of the atmosphere and air composition, as well as for sensing of the underlying surface, including the water surface.

Aerosol chambers

The aerosol chambers allow modeling of various phenomena arising in the atmosphere and affecting the propagation of optical radiation in it, in particular, fogs and smog, smokes from burning of fuel or other substances, precipitation (rain, drizzle).

Satellite sensing data receiving station

The Institute monitors and studies the state and composition of the atmosphere and the earth's surface in Western Siberia using a modern station for receiving remote satellite sensing data.
